Students of Our School Won the First Prize at the 4th China Collegiate Computing Contest -Mobile Applications Innovation Contest

 (Reported by Shu Ke, Jia Chen, Su Xiaochun) The final of the 4th China Collegiate Computing Contest -Mobile Applications Innovation Contest was held at Zijingang Campus of Zhejiang University from October 25 to 27, 2019. After a furious competition, Hello Slide, an entry of the students Hu Shanshan, Long Rui and Xu Sixiao who are members of the team of the ios Club in College Students Engineering Training and Innovation Practice Center, distinguished itself in the contest and won the first prize. The instructor Zhao Xiaogang won the Distinguished Instructor Award.

The contest, which gave 3 first prizes, 8 second prizes and 18 third prizes, was jointly sponsored by Zhejiang University and Apple Inc. 1,057 entries were received from 427 colleges and universities across the country, including Zhejiang University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Tongji University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University and other top universities in China, as well as universities from Taiwan and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

After the preliminary contest for nearly a year, a total of 31 teams entered the final, which was held at Zhejiang University. Finally, three teams, which included the team of Wuhan University (Hello Slide), the team of National Taipei University of Education ([1] Past) and the team of Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Renner), won the first prize after undergoing PowerPoint presentation, live demo, answering questions asked by the judge and appraisal.
